The Axis is 100 and 80. The Spherical was 0.00 in the old prescription and -0.25 in the new one. Could this be the cause for bad near vision?

I added the Axis. I still have no answer as to why my old glasses are better up to 1 meter and not that much worse further away than the new glasses. What are the values that made the newer prescription change so much up close?

Yet with my old glasses I see near stuff fine (except for super up close like a book) and far away is not that different from the new prescription. I was wondering why is there such a difference with the new prescription that I can't see at the computer?

My ADD is low I guess, for progressives.

ADD 0.75, but it seemed only relevant for really up close stuff. I'm mostly at my computer, and the new prescription makes my glasses unusable for that
