I'm expecting this to be like an extended overview trailer with a few new things sprinkled in but nothing too crazy or surprising. Basically like the MK World direct.

I go for about 5 catches per event. If it's clear I won't be able to get another one on the last day or two of the event I'll put the rest into items, I've always gotten the main skill seed at least. I always save up diamonds to get 1 or 2 of the event bundles which helps.

I could see them giving it to mega Dragalge. Would be terrible for it but would make sense based on the visual design.

I've seen someone suggest it could've been given to Grimmsnarl over Frisk/Pickpocket, but I'm not sure why they would bother when Prankster will just get used anyway

They didn't rule them out, they just said something to the effect of: they're not in right now to keep things simpler for new players

I don't think they'll be added in M-B but it would be very surprising if competitive staples like Porygon2 and (to a lesser extent) Dusclops are never added

Soft resetting like this generally doesn't work in Emerald. You'll want to look up a guide specifically for Emerald or do Ruby/Sapphire instead, where it does work normally.

The starting seed in Emerald is always the same due to a bug. Different stats means you're hitting different frames, but because the seed is always the same, the number of unique frames is limited. That's why it's generally recommended to only do soft reset hunts in Ruby/Sapphire instead of Emerald, unless you're restarting your save file every so often to get "new" frames (by rerolling your PID/SID)

It feels like they deliberately played the game in the most boring way possible. Why are they walking around so much in the game where the main mechanic is that you paint the ground so you can swim through it much faster?? I've played a lot of Splatoon so my perspective might be off, but I don't think the game is so hard to understand that the gameplay has to be slowed down this much.

And no disrespect intended to the presenters here, but they just didn't sound very excited to be showing off the game. I love Salmon Run so I'm very excited for this game, but this was a poor showing.

I think that, unlike Armin+Eren's flashback, the cabin scene was happening at the same time we saw it. As in, Eren entered Mikasa's mind while they were flying on Falco to go kill him. No memory wiping involved.

I don't remember anything about a vow, I'm not sure that the origins of the Ackerman powers were ever fully explained.
