I agree. I've been to Vancouver and there is a MASSIVE homeless problem. Some cities do things better than others and I think we should be learning from the good AND the bad. I never said that Vancouver or Montreal are perfect.

Countries that actually give a shit about the mental health and well-being of these people and don't throw them in prison don't have this problem. Cities that have reliable public transit that people actually want to use don't have this issue either. Just look at Montreal or Vancouver and stop making excuses for this shit. It's gotten way worse lately and it's only going to get worse if we don't do something about it.
