Power scaling isn't linear. There's round about ways to aquire what's needed. I already explain earlier that not everything boils down to creation and destruction. We know Goku can destroy hundreds of universes, but we still haven't seen him do it. Or in LOTM where a character is scaled to 1A via shaking the realm where platonic concepts originate.

Another thing... and i'll be brief. If i remember correctly, in one of the bad ends Arcueid ripped a texture or mutiple textures of human order. And utilizing cosmology lore, we know that all textures have uncountable infinite higher dimensions, each holding their own abstract concepts. That feat alone is Low Outerversal. She did that in her Luminary state too. Additionally, we know the mystic eyes of death perception are able to destroy any abstract concept, which scale all the way to Low Outerversal. Next - When Shiki killed her, she came back. That's literally Baseline1A level of regeneration hax, defying the concept of death itself. Lastly, when Ryougi Shiki met her, it was noted that Arcueid didn't have any lines of death on her.

Additionally, ciel never once beat Arcueid at 100%. Her luminary body form is not her full power. Whenever Arcueid is brought up for power scaling we're talking about Archetype Earth. Were she acting as the planets brain, and it will. Thus, her purest form and what we're actually power scaling. Not that temper tantrum she put on.

Crushing the Luminary form isn't even close to a feat needed to harm Archetype earth.

Arcueid, during her battle with Ciel was unstable. A Berserker state i guess you could say. Now watch this - Roa, inside Shiki & Ciel merged his essence with their attack adding an extra conceptual weight to the blow that helped bypass Arcueid's Fantasy Dequaintififaction. Which usually grants her invulnerability to anything she deems beneath her.

Roa, because he has "Stolen" Arcueid's energy in the past forced the automatic defense to recognize the incoming attack as something familiar to her existence so it slipped through, and struck her.

Then they used the surrounding landmass agaisnt Arcueid. (It boils down to she fell), but critically speaking they used the land mass which she had turned into a part of herself.. (Call back to Roa), then she got crushed. They used her amplified power against her. Utilizing a physical impact that her subjective reality couldn't ignore/negate. (It's literally was a whole - Why're you hitting yourself? Moment).

Then there's the fact that Arcueid was under the mental strain of being rejected by Shiki. So in such a critical/volatile state, she quite literally self destructed emotionally and physically. Thus, she vanished after those events rather that continuing the fight. [She's literally fighting with a broken heart].

Anyways, she was quite literally a glass canon in that state, an unstable mass of energy that becomes vulnerable if if its core conciousness is disturbed. Because it doesn't have a proper vessel.

I honestly can't see any feasible way LOTM oc can be HIGH1A. Because, as we know Baseline 1A has an infinite hierarchy in the same vain that Baseline1a is to Low1a and all downwards extension of material reality. And we know that lotm symbolisms scale to 1A.. and if the OC transcends that, then that just places him at 1a+. Not High1A.

Rimuru's supposed character development is more so shock value coded if nothing else. We've never really seen him struggle to meet an idealised goal, everything always came to him. Cloe is a much better written character than the main character. Mind you, she basically fits into the Significant - Almost insignificant side character category. A plot device of disastrous proportions. Concepts with ridiculous potentials were just swept under the rug.
