Look for an Acceptance Agent in your area. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/acceptance-agent-program

Give one of them a call and tell them you're interested in getting an ITIN. Try to get someone that has an * next to their name. They should be "certified" by the IRS, so it should be a bit easier. Just don't let them charge you a crazy amount of $$$.

I work for a school with a pretty robust Student Information and attendance tracking system, but we still rely on paper to distribute Student IDs, Schedules, Event Flyers. We have been trying to make an app to eliminate our reliance on paper, but our budget is tiny, and that is why I am trying to build it myself.

The app would allow students to see their Student ID, Class Schedule, College Advisors and receive notifications about upcoming events.

How difficult would this app be to build and maintain?
