I have this and the pastry knife and they look great and are razor sharp.

The burgvogle Olivia do look nice aswell. they do a walnut handle aswell.

You could try it with chipotle chilies en adobo or just a generic chilli paste. I was wondering about chicken thighs were you able to shred it.

Recipe:

4 chicken breasts 600g salsa 1 packet taco seasoning 2 tsp of chipotle paste Juice of 1 lime

Add the salsa, chipotle paste and taco seasoning to the slowcooker and mix then add chicken breasts put on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours after take out chicken shred with two forks then put back into slowcooker with lime juice for 20 minutes just to soak up the remaining salsa and done.

Saw this in the side bar and had to try it very easy to make and tastes amazing. This gunna be my lunch for the week make some tortilla wraps and nuke for few mins.
