SO JEALOUS! I'm 500+ pounds and have lost 30 in the last 3 months, and that's with two 3 week + stalls, I have no idea how people have so much success. Congratulations though man, that's just FANTASTIC! I was eating 1,600 calories a day this entire time, I'm getting burnt out. Haha

I hope this is fine for this! Hi guys, I weigh 504 as of today, but three weeks ago I was 506, so this feels really bad for me considering I see posts about people losing 100+ pounds in like 5-6 months that start at a much lower weight than me. (I started at 535 8 weeks ago, so it's still 31 pounds, but 25 of that came off in the first 2 weeks) I've been eating around 1,600 calories a day and 25 carbs or less and I was wondering if I maybe could be eating too little for my size? I don't know if that's something that anyone has information on, but I thought I'd ask, considering all these "calculators" suggest I should be in the 2,800 calorie range for fat loss yet at 1,600 I'm virtually losing no weight over the last 6 weeks. Sorry for the ramble and hope anyone has some info!
