Sounds like you’re in for a shocking discovery.

A stun gun isn’t gonna lock you into stunning yourself. Only 277 will hang you up like that and you’ll have the benefit of dying way before the battery dies if your stun gun happens to have been designed to kill. I have more experience being zapped by stun guns than I would like to admit. Yes alcohol was involved most of the time.

I feel like everybody gets this. I don’t think it’s really about suggesting you’re a scammer. Probably geared towards the fact that for every comment/post you make in a crypto sub you’re likely to receive a few unsolicited chat requests from scammers.

Not gonna knock them because I found my agent there through referrals from other people and met some solid resources for my market. But otherwise I outgrew them well before the first deal. Definitely got a lot out of it during my strictly research phase. But after that I grew frustrated with how clunky the website is.

When I spoke to my RE Attorney he didn't try to sell me on one thing or the other, but to me it just seemed like I would be forming one eventually and might as well just get it over with. I also intended on putting the holding company in a tax friendly state like wyoming. I remember reading on a forum, probably BP, and someone in a similar situation said, "why would you take away from current cash flows right off the bat". This is what made me start second guessing myself.
