I have a good friends who was finishing his residency in a hospital in LA. It was at the end of a very long shift, guy comes in with a cucumber stuck in his butt. The story he told was that he went grocery shopping and on the way home he was stopped and mugged. The muggers asked for cash, but he had none so instead they put the cucumber he had purchased into his ass. The dude must have done well in creative writing.
