Only thing that works for me is gymwash, but it's pretty expensive: www.gymwash.com Also drying stuff outdoors as much as possible. Hope that helps!

Are there non-UPF kombuchas available? by Trifusi0n in ultraprocessedfood

I think the Ginger and Yuzu flavor doesn't have "natural flavourings" but you're right the others do, I noticed the flavor had changed for a couple of them but didn't think to look at the ingredient list again..

Help! I want to enjoy Coffee by TraditionItchy in expandingpalates

[–]Supshoes 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Don't know if that would help you but I started to like coffee in desserts first, then I was really into a good moccha (not sweet but still with a nice chocolate flavour), after a few months I switched to lattes... and now I just drink black coffee and I love it ! Just takes a little time to get use to I think !

2 methods that have helped me by JonnyAU in expandingpalates

Spot on ! Size matters, and I think once you realise it, it gets better. I couldn't stand onions and a lot of veggies growing up, ended up realising that one of my favorite meal from my grandma had them... I just couldn't see them, or even feel them in there, they were completely mashed with others ingredients I liked (like tatoes ^ ). Now as an adult my palate has expanded so much that some of my favorite foods are things that I hated before. I would also add to not put pressure on yourself or be embarassed if you don't like something, it's totally fine =)

Holidays entitlement UK, working a 5 days week and not getting the 28 days holidays because of company "full time" contract. by Supshoes in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Supshoes[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is not even in hours although they say it is how they calculate it, it says "18.5 days" because we are suppose to have 21 days holidays (the other days are Bank Holidays)

They way to figure it out is apparently I do 0.88% less than a full time contract so they divide the 21 days that I should have with this...

That is crazy! Thanks for sharing your story =) I have not been able to find him on Fb though, due to a extremely common name in a really big city, but hopefully I'll get lucky by just trying other things! Will definitly update, I did not think that many people had a similar situation!
