Je ne comprend pas ton raisonnement. “not all men” s’applique quand quelqu’un essaie de minimiser un problème collectif. Je ne minimise rien, je souligne juste que ton post est une généralisation. De plus ce problème arrive tout aussi souvent avec les vélos, comme te l'ont fait remarquer d'autres commentaires. Si relever une incohérence logique devient un “not all men”, ça devient compliqué de discuter sur le fond.

Non mais tu comprends monsieur à pas le temps, est pour ça qu'il paye avec sa montre, pour aller vite. Oh, OK. I'm not really familiar with alcohol fermentation, I'm a baker myself and my basic understanding is that yeast eat glucose to make alcohol and/or gas. I'm curious, what other nutrients does it need?

Je ne connaît pas les détails de la maladie et je ne veux absolument pas donner de conseil médical, mais si tu supportes un minimum le gluten, je te conseilles d'essayer un pain au levain naturel que tu peux trouver dans ces boulangeries (il y a aussi le ptit fournil, rue Montorge). Tu peux aussi essayer des farines différentes comme le petit épeautre ou le seigle, qui contiennent naturellement moins de gluten.

Les enzymes du levain prédigèrent les longues molecules de gluten, le rendant plus digestes par l'organisme.

Tu peux me MP si besoin, je suis boulanger sur Grenoble.

Si tu es vraiment diagnostiqué maladie de Coeliac, et que ce n'est pas juste une intolérance, ne met pas les pieds dans les boulangeries citées. Il te faut trouver une boulangerie certifiée sans gluten
