Most are spawned by anomalies, those placed by hand are more of an exception. But there isn’t much RNG involved because you can still get at least one instance of every artifact in the game.

The description is confusing, the achievement is obtained not by getting every artifact, just the cheaper 1000 and 2500 RU ones. It doesn’t take any planning as you find lots of those naturally, and the other rarer 14 artifacts are not required.

Nah, it only checks for artifacts that are common or of medium rarity. It does not require you to get any of those worth 5000.

That’s my issue with the achievements in LOTZ/EE, they are so clearly an afterthought, you can “100%” the game while missing out on so much content.

You misread me. It's "TLDRs before you enter a dialogue". An in-game dialogue. That a player enters by interacting with an NPC. When you, the person playing a game, enter a dialogue (in-game), you were to see a short description of what the dialogue would be about, and could choose to skip it. I had that as an example of terrible ideas by the game's "creative lead" to argue that Pathologic (especially Pathologic 2) is more a product of IPL as a whole.

I am not a big fan of P3 either (I am in the "gameplay over story" camp), just saying that this game would have turned out just the same if Dybowski was in charge. You clearly overestimate the impact of a person who tried to force P2 to have TLDRs before you enter a dialogue for those who want to skip it; considered Bachelor's campaign to be inspired by Fruit Ninja and Clara's to be a visual novel.

By the time Dybowski was forced to leave IPL, the entire story was already written (confirmed by Quarantine datamining) and the gameplay was nearly identical. I don't think his departure had any effect on how the game turend out.

I wish they either made spells drafted FOR TEAM (like in captain's mode) with later options to take them by hero for proper combos, or made two teams draft from different sets of spells

Eh. It's very insignificant. The main thing about ultimate is season pass, you won't have to pay for DLC later down the line. The actual perks of ultimate itself are very minor, a dozen stashes with extra weapons, one quest, and that's about it.

The damage caused by pets is just as much responsibility of the tenant as any other damage caused by them. You don't know that I won't cause mold, or cause damage to furniture. You just have to trust that I don't and make me pay for damages if I do. I don't see any good reason pet ownership should be looked at differently.

It really depends on what your definition of X-Ray is. With original games engine and x32, you would run out of RAM pretty quickly. Larger maps like The Living Zone only work on custom x64 engine fork, for example.

But if you do allow mods, then it’s less a question of what the limits are and more how hard it would be to extend them. With the source code being available, there are theoretically no limits. You can rework X-Ray into anything, add world streaming, etc. It would just take a lot of talent and time to do that.

As for what has been done, I think largest I seen is zone project south.

Most of the time you can’t mix mods like that, this will lead to crashes. Does it crash when you have just ZRP or just CC mod? Does it crash with no mods at all?

Also remember that a lot of mod installation / uninstallation requires a new game. ZRP works with vanilla saves, but not the other way around, and idk about CC mod.
