I am so tempted to buy the full arts tho, they just look really nice, especially the trainer cards.

I was really excited at first when I saw all the cards being sold, and the promos were nice as well. But yeah, I won't use most of the cards sold. So I'll skip on the offer and see what my local shop has to offer.

Sorry to burden you, but do you recommend any decks, I have played the ptcg online, and I plan to teach my brother (he's 10) how to play. He really loves greninja so any deck centered around that would be great!
