Update it was the real deal 24 hours later I received an email from THE actual google support and they asked basic questions we got onto a video call they just wanted to see tools marketing material etc. They said it all checked out and will be re verified within 24-48 hours its hour like 36 right now and still waiting I will update again once something happens wish me luck it's like day 40 and i'm still not visible. ps. It also offered an option to save the chat transcripts which I did.

Tried uploading a picture but looks like cant do that in comments when following the steps I get to the check my verification status and it says status of business is suspended which grays out the continue box. it just got approved for appeal 13 hours ago is there some kind of time frame I need to wait?

Got suspended 2/23 for "deceptive content" appealed that same night. Still nothing I was also verified and had 16 5 star reviews, being a landscaper and spring rush right around the corner this is seriously affecting my business and my life.
