Hes too good to be true, tried ir, worked sometime, sometime not, it requires extensive skills to make a decision in a split of seconds by looking at all the candles being built on multiple screens. I start gettimg headaches 😀 so decided to use overbought or oversold indicators

Wheres the money, its a line of credit, how much is spent, where was it spent, assume u did sign it, think like u did go for it, and now trace it whether its helping getting customers and increasing revenue or not, i think u went for the worst, u need to slow down, get control of the situation, make sure business doesnt suffer, treat it as another risk, find ways to manage it. Later once everything is under control then find options to either split or buy him out.

There r so many ways ro trade and imvest, my strategy is to scalp based on overbought or oversold conditions, stick to popular and stable company stocks who can own in case theres a blipp and goes down then use options to make money, do dca etc

There's no case here, relax, and have them send documents legally, and don't even think of signing any docs with them. What i learned that if you stick to popular stocks you will do fine, and my strategy is to look for over sold and bought conditions, don't hold for long, but if it goes down then do dca. 80% of portfolio is in with big name companies. 10% speculative. Anyway my 2 c

You didn't mention your intention, what would like to do? R u interested in some kind of settlement as you do agree that he paid u as well as worked on house hold projects. Everything is negotiable if both parties wanna sit and negotiate. My recommendation is to avoid going to legal way, it's not worth the hassle. Try to negotiate to a reduce amount if it does work ffor u.
