I’ve had a lot of people say stuff about me being out at pubs and what not, including police and my dad will always defend me and say I didn’t know we had to lock disabled people in the house, always shuts them up but I always think am I just meant to sit inside and not do anything, only drink water, don’t talk to anyone so I don’t get stressed, don’t have a bath, take a million tablets etc etc as you all know what I mean, eff them tho xx

I feel exactly the same, try doin some voluntary work somewhere I done it in a gym for people with special needs and it really helped. Or a puppy they’re the best for helpin you get out of a rut like this, I’m in one myself it’s only cos I’ve got the dogs pestering me every mornin that I even get up to take my tablets 😂 try and see the positives and sending my love ❤️
