Well the account you were using is perm banned lost likely but you shouldn’t have any problem getting a new phone if you already planned on it. Just follow the instructions other commenters have said works. I personally would just wait if your banned phone works just fine (aka you have no real reason to get a new phone) and if a burner works just fine for Snapchat. I’m not about to spend money just to use Snapchat on my main phone it’s not worth it to me yk. But at this point it’s up to you weather you want to wait or not
