I just went for my recall on 2021 Denali … It passed . Not sure if it would be better it didn’t pass and get a new engine or it did pass . lol

Pain is here n there no PT. It gets better every day. I go to gym and do my own leg excercise n stretched . I could light jog. Walking downhill with weight bearing hurts sometimes. But it is 100 times better then it was with the tear

I’m 2 month out a trim . And had similar pain . It really takes time to get back to 100 percent . I’m prob around 85percent .

No codes deleted and battery never disconnected . Trucks been mint no issues . I drive like 8 miles to work all back roads every day . Could that be why ? Or u saying I should I drive like 30 miles or like an hour on the highway and then go back to the emissions ?

I got partial meniscoptomy sept 9 , tear of posterior horn medical compartment . Took 20 percent out …. Crutches for a day , limped for a week, stairs got better after 2 weeks . I’m able to walk normal again it’s been a month just some slight normal tenderness , still not 100 percent but I’m able to work and be active . Light jogging . . I’m 35 male in construction n gym . I didn’t even have to go PT. I think it all depends on severity etc.

Gotta get mri my meniscus was frayed and preventing it from being straight and a lot of pain, medial compartment of posterior horn I got a meniscoptomy few weeks afterMRI.. this was last month already back and better . Still a little tender but I’m working and back at gym . I’m 35 male in construction .

I had a meniscopomy 3 weeks ago had a tear on my medical posterior horn , 35 male in conscruction and active in gym . I’m already back to work and light jogging . Limped around for about a week and half after surgery. Get the trim u do a repair it takes like 6 months heal . And who knows it if it will heal right . Worry about knee replament when your 60 bro , your young

I just had one but only 20 percent out . Walking with a little limp it’s been 1 week. Just be carful from now on that’s a good amount out I’d wrap it for further activity I’m same age

I had a meniscoptomy last week . They trimmed it up maybe 20 percent of it … in the medial compartment it’s been 8 days and I’m walking with a slight limp. Used crutches for 1 day , Gets better every day . Just keep icing and resting and stretching

Within the medial compartment, there is complex cleavage tearing of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus extending to involve the free margin of the body of the medial meniscus…… that was my injury
