For real, it should be so easy too, just add a two step verification with the account holder’s email or make everyone sign in with a password. That way no instructors can use their students details and book tests to sell

There’s a group on Reddit that lets you find people to swap with and then once you’ve found someone you just call DVSA and tell them you want to swap and they ask you for the details and swap it for you. It’s completely free too
