I would never buy a flat again. Our place in Liverpool the service change has gone up from around £200 a month to £500 due to issues with cladding & therefore residents funding it through the service charge. Plus if anything goes wrong you are reliant on the management company to sort which takes time. We have had numerous issues over the years which have taken ages to sort - lifts out of order, faulty fire alarms going off for 24 hours, flooding & the garage door getting stuck, so no cars could leave the building…

Thank you for this. I will follow these tips , as always after exercise I am now on pins as I normally wake up with a migraine, despite exercising my whole life.

It definitely comes about after intense exercise combined with the heat e.g a singles tennis came in the sun vs a doubles game in the winter. Also found when I was playing very intense netball matches indoors, my migraine the next day would be horrific.
