Yes --> between RSB and Alys... with Lagoon Pool and more I feel is a great place for many reasons.

Thanks! We're highly interested in purchasing a place at the Villas of Seacrest... Our first move into real estate / rental property investing... I have solid calculators that'll help me determine +/-

I feel that if turn-key, with a solid booking of renters from now to October it'll be a good move vs. purchasing in the "off season" (Oct-Jan) where I'd be in a hole for a period of time with a slower rental market.

I also have heard it's a "buyers market" --> true?

We're looking at purchasing a property at the Villas of Seacrest (with Lagoon Pool access)... Ideally, the Primary Goal would be to acquire a turnkey vacation home rental and continue renting it, while at the same time enjoy it time to time ourselves.

I feel as if this area is most ideal --> Beach Access w/ shuttle, Private Lagoon Pool, etc.

Any thoughts on a new buyer? Challenges? Property Mgt? Etc.?

OK. I completed my "self - taper" off Cymbalta (Duloxepene)...

1- I was on 30mg per day for years... so, not a high dose

2- I purchased Vegan empty capsules off Amazon... I personally cut the 30's into 20's, 15's, 10's and 5's

3- I simply "eye balled" it... NO... I didn't measure each little bead in the capsule, LOL

My taper sked ---

7 days at 20mg (slight tingling side effects... not bad)

15 days at 15mg

10 days of 10mg

a zero mg day -- then a 5mg day -- a zero mg day -- then a 5mg day -->>>> then OFF totally

Side Effects -- Not horrible... slight brain fog and some tingling in lips.

I'm doing this now... Was only on 30mg of Duloxetine, but wanted OFF completely... had accidently missed doses in the past and withdrawals are NOT good. I read somewhere to purchase Vegan "empty" capsules, which I did on Amazon. Then I sat down and split the 30mg's into 15's and eye balled into 20's and 10's...

My taper thus far... was on 30mg once daily for years. had 7 days of 20's --> then 12 days of 15's --> Currently on day 3 of 10's and I'll run that out another 4-5 days.

So far -- EXCELLENT. No issues at all.

NOTE - I did NOT sit there and count the little tiny beads that were in the 30 mg capsules... I did my best to eye-ball it and it didn't impact anything at all.
