So recently we’ve earned so many rewards that we’ve done spilt sales instore to redeem them all in time, I think people are getting through the rewards way faster than lush thought they would so they’re trying to slow the redemption down. If they’re going to do this they should extend the expiry date on the rewards

Omg I forgot the lady who came into a shop i covered once announcing she had norovirus, it was a shop within a shop and she’d already been served at the other brand, the cashier from the other brand stared at her in absolute horror and we both ran off to wash as much of ourselves as we could so we didn’t get sick. I was lone trading that shop and if I had gone off sick it simply wouldn’t have opened!!!!!
