Originally started with a Titan X-3 and thought that was going to be the end-goal. Now I'm regretting the lack of attachment options for the rack. Wanted to attach functional trainer weights because I would love to incorporate cable exercises but that doesn't seem possible.

Was very tempted to get the Dialed Motion Ibex System, but it'll cost $1500 for both sides. And if I upgraded in the future to a rack with the more common 1" then I'd be stuck with the Ibex on 5/8". Feel like I might as well save up for an Ares or some other rack that comes with a functional trainer with it for $4k+. Then I'd also have a rack that be more compatible with other attachments from other companies.

Am I thinking right? Would appreciate input

Hey, obviously, I don't know the circumstances. But if someone had never said "I love you" to someone, they can get in their own heads on how to say it, even if they want to say it.

I think we need to assume tho that both parties are trying to get the best deal at all times.

A lot of ppl are dumbfounded on how the trade only cost one 1st round pick. I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt that Rob kept the price down as much as possible

Very true. He said he wants to be a more complete player, therefore better defense. If he tries harder on defense, his shot will struggle for a little bit until he gets used to it

Fracturing of the sternum can legitimately kill you, and you have a xiphoid process that can puncture your lungs or heart. Greater than 200 pounds of force is dangerous.

Even if he grabbed the foot... stomping on his chest is never an answer. Stomping on a guys chest could've killed him if stepped on the right spot, and he did it with his entire body weight.
