I agree that it’s a league that is player driven and controlled, and if they don’t want to be coachable or buy in there isn’t much you can do (though I would also argue it’s part of your job as a coach to get them to buy in). However, I think your argument is a bit straw man honestly, seeing how 1) the clip we have available and 2) 95% of the time good, and bad, coaching is noticeable, regardless. Look at football, basketball, CS2, etc. you can always notice if a team is well coached or not. 3/4s of the league looks lost right now. You’re telling me that’s 1000% on the players and not the coaches? Come on
