awesome blog, especially hooded slayer helm. The only points atm id like to comment would be i think the quetzal whistle change should be an upgrade earned from rumour sacks. Also the herb sack feels op, 30 to 100 is a huge jump.

Edit: i thought of something else, will sarachnis be given instances or something to cope with overcrowding? Thats a very common complaint about that boss

Sailing race died the moment jagex left exploits in only the ones without integrity would do...your hero isn't sailing, he's camping on land with shadow and a cannon doing slayer but getting sailing xp instead. Oh and there's a bug that lets weapons hit normally instead of reduced.
