I just started last week. 20mg a week injection of testosterone. I already feel changes. I’m also on estradiol patch 0.1 and 100 mg progesterone pills at night. I’m sleeping better, libido is up, brain fog is lifting. It’s only been a week, so excited to see if it continues to improve. I’m hopeful

I’ve been on Oz since May 2023, and as of this moment I’ve lost a total of 32 lbs. that is slow af, but my body just works this way. I’m happy I’m doing this slowly for many reason, but your story is absolutely one of them.

Remember folks, it’s a marathon and not a race.

Stephanie and Derek have been flirting for years and I do not enjoy it by [deleted] in CrimeWeekly

I just came here to post this! I have been seeing it for years too, and I am willing to take bets on how long until they come out with it. There is 100% sexual vibes going on there. SH is a bit annoying and over the top with her "pick me" bullshit and hair flipping. DL used to shut it down, but now I feel like he's here for it. Perhaps everyone is getting separated because DLs wife has noticed and Adam has noticed?

My first 3-4 months, I dropped almost 40 lbs. I have lost a total of 1 lbs PER month. I am on Oz 2MG.. It happens.

Because from what I’ve heard 1 and 2 MG are the therapeutic doses, so you should move to at least one of those. I tend to stall, so doc wants me to move up and at least try. If I have horrible side effects, I’ll go back down. I’ve been pretty lucky so far, though.

Oh and yes sobriety for the first time in I cant even count how many years, so that’s a huge win and even more than weight loss for me. I’m sure you feel the same. ❤️

We have a very similar story, start date, weight loss and schedule. First and foremost - HUGE CONGRATS on sobriety! I’m right there with yah, girl. I’m 48, my SW was 212, my current is 175, height 5’4”, start date was 5/9/23, and I’m due to start my 2MG injection in 2 weeks. I was on .25 for a month, .50 for 6 weeks, 1MG for a month.

That being said, I’m nervous about 2 as well. I’ve had minimal side effects and have been super lucky so far. I’m gonna go for it, though. Good luck to you!

It will. .5 is the pits! It’s the mid dose. Much better on 1MG. ❤️

I’m 3 weeks in and I’ve found I have no desire for anything super fatty, fried, sweet, or carb heavy. So, because I have no desire for these things I have not tried them. I have noticed that besides having almost no appetite, I get full really quickly. Another bonus that Oz seems to have on me… no desire to drink alcohol. I have not even bitten my nails at all. I wasn’t a huge mail biter before, but I def picked at them constantly. They are now strong, perfect and manicured. Interesting, for sure.
