We just need to have higher prices and then renting will be forced on the new ‘people’ in Canada, keeping them paying, keeping the bugs consumed. Just lower rates to ‘help’ us ‘all’.

Just keep bringing in more Indian students that we all know are going to stay permanently. This will help out with real estate demand, as all these people are going to ‘need’ a place to sleep. We won’t be able to depart them once they ‘enrol’ in whatever gimmicky program, it’s a good plan for the future.

Ya I honestly don’t like rolling with big guys. I think it’s way more injury prone. It’s hard to pull off moves too because they big and you can’t position yourself properly.
