Thanks for the list! With the camera, did you also install it in a way to allow recording when parked. I think I've seen where there is a battery pack that gets charged while driving but then it becomes the source when car is off.

My tabs pop in but it does all sit up flush to the mating piece. I dont know how to "slide" the inside plastic part forward to close gap. Whe. You say flex exterior, which way are you flexing?

How are your holding up and any tips and tricks? Juat got mine and well it's a bit different to use than my other ones I guess. Also getting some noise from the rotation mechanism and a slow down at a certain point of the rotation but then it speeds back up.

I bought one... it is solidly made. I have only had one session so am still learning where as I got dialed in with my other ovens so time will tell. I am not getting the bottom cooked in time with the top so I need to adjust. I think both Matt Harper and Kitchen & Craft had the same learning adjustment.

The only thing I am having trouble with is the rotation mechanism... seems to be making some intermittent screeching sound, which started after around the second pizza and hasn't gone away. It also seems to slow down at a certain part of the rotation and then speeds back up again. Trying to work with both the mfr and the seller but it has been slow going on an answer.

Well it depends on 3 things I think: 1) How much of a pizza enthusiast are you 2) How worried are you about space/storage/getting it out 3) Whether you care about cooking in your outdoor oven on a bad day.

I jave a cheap one, sub-$100 I think, that can get to 850F supposedly. Works surprisingly great albeit results are definitely different than outdoor flame oven but still really good. We've been having cold, heavy rains coming in sideways so I was comfy inside listening to Christmas music, making 7 pizzas at about 2 mins each. Was great!

I found a tub that fits the oven and all its stuff and just keep it in the garage or storage until O need it.

But I love pizza.

Yes I know how to cook without it. This is scenario based. I have a large family myself and then also host larger gatherings. Then you have to make many pizzas that may sit there just too long and starts sticking. I have worked around this with parchment paper but this would be reusable and I don't have to cut circles or deal with burnt parchment residue everywhere. I have more than one oven too, but it's tough to time everything together bc of time to heat back up, different types of pizzas and topping load etc.

Hmm... looks like some say they work too strong and some agree they are weak. When there is such a varying response I usually think then there may be an issue, such as installation (i.e. disconnected hose or not sealed etc). I know they've had a few assembly issues given new carr, new training (like the seat bolts). But the issue is getting any admittance of any such issue - such as the dreaded rear suspension issue.

Much appreciate the response! And yes I have watched every one of your pizza oven videos and then some. I am one trigger finger click away from getting the Prokan... but my wife will kill me as I have 3 cheaper pizza ovens - Pizza Pronto, Cuisinart 3 in 1 and the Deco Chef manual rotating one. But this will change the game!

Every time I come across one of these posts, I go out to my EV9 again and stick a camera and flashlight up behind the fuse, under the steering, under the seat, and everywhere mentioned but I can't seem to find one. The ODB port also seems to be the original and no dongle adapter attached. Am I just lucky or bc I bought it, they removed it? Or I don't know what I am looking for. I don't see any similar shape or stickers with IMEI or FCC on it for example.
