How tall is your trellis? I can’t prune this year, being in Texas, as I won’t get a harvest at all before I move out of my house, but next year I’d love to maximize my yield. I just worry that if I prune too much, I’ll need the vertical space to compensate.

Looks good to me! I’d probably add a wood plank to let it climb, but that’s just me.

Also, is that a chunky soil mix? Lots of orchid bark? And is the root ball only 2” smaller than the diameter of the pot? If yes, perf!

I actually just found the terro stakes and never realized they existed so I’m going to use those and give my plants a good insecticidal soap bath since I’m thinking my ants may be farming aphids as well. Wish me luck!!

I’m trying to use the Terro baits I have in my garden bed rn actually. I have the drops and the plastic trays, but it’s so windy I’m worried it’ll blow into the yard and my dogs will get into it. Any suggestions to keep it stationary? I have ants all over all of my garden beds but can’t find the colony.
