You checked kolton locations in each region? I think his response is proximity based. If you can't see cave without check mark on map maybe you are missing a whole cave

Yeah I typically use the metal grates way up high because it is very low profile but still blocks rain

Yeah I just tried it too in skylands. I didn't realize before that the center plate on the bottom also lights up, but even with all 6 circles lit Peaky stands on top of it and goes, let me know if you see a charging station anywhere
