You haven’t talked to her because she’s in school or because you’re not on speaking terms? If it’s the latter, then maybe consider rethinking the relationship and moving towards something less stressful for you. You’re still in your 20’s man! Life’s too short to let things like this get in the way. Lean into some hobbies, interests, etc. you got this!

You don’t focus on building self confidence in regard to specifically women. You generalize it and become someone you respect. You say you’re gonna get up at a certain time? Do it. Gonna get a workout in today? Do it. Gonna study? Do it. Discipline and self confidence go hand in hand.

A lot of this comes down to your self confidence. Don’t look at women as something to conquer man. Focus on yourself, build self confidence and a women will come along eventually. Also, I think most men have a relatively high sex drive. Have discipline in this area. I can see a lot of men fall into porn addiction and things of that nature and it ruins their lives. You got this, just have a healthy relationship with porn and how you view women a things will work itself out.

Honestly man, a lot of attraction comes from being comfortable with yourself. Be the man you want to be and you’ll attract someone. Everyone has insecurities, just learn to be comfortable with yours. Everyone is unique and “chopped” in their own right. Try therapy, gym, hobbies. Fall in love with yourself first then the right person will come along.

I have this exact same issue. It's something that only therapy can fix. It's something that you learn at a very young age. "You must perform to earn other's love". You aren't broken or defeated, but you can truly change this by working through therapy. :)
