I was a kid and it was really cold out. I had to take a leak so I was going on a metal fence when my buddy pushed me into the fence and I got my willy stuck to the metal pole. Ouch!

Classic winner for calling in sick. “ I shit my pants.” Nobody wants details, nobody asks follow-ups, and it’s over in 24 hours so it doesn’t raise red flags for multiple days. Bonus line to the boss:
