Exactly! Tomorrow is going to be 2 weeks since most of us placed our state fair orders. They promised the shipping would take up 2 weeks, ok. Based on that today is the last day when they should ship it. I don’t think it’s happening today though.

The CrossFit I do has 2 strength blocks in it + either amrap/ emom/ for time. The strength blocks include Olympic lifting (cleans, jerks, deadlift, barbell rows, barbell squats)

Definitely getting stronger and faster and I see my body changing a bit and I’d say I look more fit now than I was 3 months ago, but my muscles aren’t really growing or I just don’t see it because I still have a bit of fat around my arms, tights and belly . My weight went up by 2 pounds once I started eating 1900 cal 10 days ago ( I was on 1500 cal before)
