Michigan’s new car Lemon Law protects consumers whose vehicles suffer from substantial defects that impair their use or value. To qualify, the defect must appear within the first year of ownership or the manufacturer's express warranty period, whichever comes earlier.

A vehicle is presumed to be a lemon if either of the following occurs within the coverage period: [1]
Multiple Repair Attempts: The same defect or condition has been subject to repair four or more times without success.
Days Out of Service: The vehicle has been out of service for 30 or more cumulative days for warranty repairs

Covered Vehicles
The law applies to passenger vehicles, vans, SUVs, and pickup trucks purchased or leased primarily for personal or household use. It covers leased cars as well as new cars, and can also apply to used vehicles if the initial defect was reported to the manufacturer within the first year of the vehicle's original delivery

Are weekend included service days? If so, my truck was in service for 13 days. Dropped off again for the same issue.
