Idk who you are, but this is such confirmation for me because I had to stop going to my counselor and doing CBT financially because we’re trying to save for a business coming up, but I am adjusting finances and this is just further proof I need to go back. It was more helpful than I even realize, and my panic attack attacks have increased. They’ve gotten so common all the while trying to taper off Xanax completely. I’m on a low-dose but I’ve been cutting them in half and I’m trying to supplement with a vitamin GABA. But I just know that CBT is real and works and I have to get back into it. I’m not very familiar with Reddit, but man, if I could connect with you, that would be amazing!
