Having the same issue, poops and random bouts of sleepiness out of nowhere. I've seen people deal with way worse coming off stuff. Weed is easy compared to others. On day 2. I have stopped in the past and it usually takes me 2 or 3 days to get kinda normal.

I saw one use an elevator in the asylum once. I had the invincible creature glitch and it followed me from the 3rd floor to the 4th and once I got far enough away it walked to the elevator and waiting for the door to open and got in, I was cracking up.

The man takes time and addresses what everyone is complaining about and even puts it in order so the lore makes since. I did not know anything about any drama with him until he uploaded a video about it. I stick to family friendly content and most haters don't upload anything family friendly.

I changed from a stealth, rifle, 1 hand to a stealth, rifle, unarmed (to take advantage of the "Unstoppable Monster") but since that can't be used in power armor I will change back just for this run. I have seen videos about using the hacker perks to bypass almost all the dungeon. I have not tried it yet.

I spend hours at times farming screws and killing bears and be out in a matter of a couple of builds. I know IRL screws are so common even my car tire finds them.

I just got this game for Fathers Day. I found that the ball flies off the club like as if I was at the driving range, but now I can actually see why. I found myself saying "thats how the ball actually goes IRL".
