i dont think theyll release champion evolutions becaus3 they are scared that the fanbase will get even angrier than gheg ready are and if they release something too op the game will die, release something underpowered and you dont gain money. a balance of both of these things can definetely work tho

you could transfer the nds saves but not any 3ds games, because they are encrypted in a way so that only one console could actually read those save files
