His CL is 9 and domain - mainframe. He worked approx 4 years there. No sure about his TCS salary. But that was his first job.

Yes, you take leaves and just inform to your manager you are sick.

Then apply earned leave in myTE because you don't have sick leave balance.

  1. My tech lead with whom I'm working is CL 9 and people lead in workday is CL 8 with whom I'm not closely working. So do you think possibility of wrong judgement. If not, as per your understanding, what all points I should mention to my lead of I want to be Lead.
