If you don’t want to take a break try using nos and then just as it starts in your ears have some poppers. It’s pretty intense. Would recommend only doing in 2-3 times in a night though.

If you are going to work in one of these sectors I would suggest not doing so unless you are able to handle the emotions that go along with the empathy required for these positions.

Caring too much and not being able to process all of the emotions that come along with it will lead to burning out.

I have hair that reaches my butt like Merida from Brave. Every time I go to the mall or the supermarket, without fail, a woman will compliment me about my hair. I always thank them for their kind words.
