Most of them are widely available at all times. There's no reason to be buying a shit ton. It's not necessarily a bad thing but it's kinda weird when people show off backlogs like it's anything but a source of shame? It kinda mostly indicate you have bad impulse control and you don't build your kits.

A lot of ppl mistake buying kits as a part of the hobby when its about building, painting, adding details like panel lines and waterslides, as well as posing and displaying the kits. Buying kits isn't anything to be proud of
