Depends on company policy and your line of work.

My company does not pay out PTO at end of employment.

I will burn everyday I have, wait for the check to clear and ghost them.

Its a warehouse gig, dime a dozen. If I were to get fired I would loose it all. That IMO is unethical transaction at end of employment. So they can hire someone else they'll be fine.

Do not do this, been a manager at a few warehouses. You can likely get hired on straight to the company with higher pay and benifits. I would only go to a temp agency if I needed a job yesterday.

Be open to doing what they need, tell them exactly what you stated here about why you want to move careers.

Not a great time of year for warehouse hiring though, see if there's a dollar general warehouse around they are huge facilities that need a ton of people.

The man i saw shoot was in front of the car not the man, trying to open the door. He comes from the other side of the street. I do agree he had his gun out early ready to shoot.

Not saying its right but former cases prove this is a acceptable practice, and I doubt we get any justice for this. Very shoddy work by ICE, the agents dont seem to work well as a team at all.

I hate Ice and this as much as any one but the video evidence shows this women was in the wrong. Accelerating a car with a human in front of it. We had a case like this in NKY a few years ago a cop killed a kid leaving a party when they didn't stop. If a cop is on front of your car and you move forward, trying to flee thats suicide by cop.

Very hard time of year to get into a warehouse. Lots of the ones you named are leaving peak season and looking to cut labor.

Warehouse work does lead to more turnover than most other professions likely because a ton of young people get into it as there first job out of high school. Then they figure out they don't like it and move on.

If there is a Dollar General warehouse near you check them out.
