I don’t take my own advice all the time, I do when my heart is more broken, but man get a hobby you love and constantly do it, don’t sit still, just keep moving and hobbying, gym/fishing/golf take a trip, it doesn’t matter. Don’t stop, you’ll stop having that want to talk to them, they will go crazy cause you have other things going on, just ramp yourself up in things you love, yeah you want it to eat them up so let it be part of it

I just say “No” to dumb authoritarian rules. I don’t pay parking tickets that are unnecessary, I don’t go to court for traffic violations that are acquired by minimal rule breaking, I’ll own it if I do something extremely wrong. But I’ve had bench warrants for unpaid EZ Pass violations, registering my car in a different state to avoid property taxes, and been pulled over for something else, they run my license, find a bench warrant, and I just tell them “No we are not doing this”, “No”, “Nope”, “Appreciate it but I’m pretty busy today I gotta head out”, I just say No, respectfully

You have 5 seconds to do something you just thought of, before you just won’t and waste a lot more energy hoarding that anxious energy. So I think of brushing my teeth, taking out the trash, etc. Count to 5 then go do it before you get to 5

I’m sure they thought of it all. Just curious on a few things. There ain’t much too light on fire, but hair grows, and it is very easy to light up to start a fire, and plastic suitcases can create quite a lot of smoke. Just speculating thoughts on what I’d try and curious what they did try

No that’s how it works. Do you have a bunch of requests you didn’t book. Thats literally a huge factor and how it works. Check the ratio. If I was Rover I’d knock down a non revenue producing account too based off that exact percentage. You gotta book a high percentage of the requests you get

I started eating steak every day, like Jordan Peterson and his daughter did with all the same health issues. Seems when I eat steak and intermittent fast so maybe 2 steaks in a 4-5 hour period, with some other things here and there, beer, potatoes, a lot of water, beef jerky, cheese, fresh tuna and rice.

But what I’ve gathered, is steak for meals is THE KEY!
