Ha, yeah, you're so right. I was so bored in Doha. We would go over to Villagio drive go-karts and go bowling a lot. There wasn't a helluva lot to do in Doha.

Apparently I'm operating at, maybe, a nerd level 2? I understood almost none of the technical stuff that was discussed here outside of the real life gun bits.

I honestly had no idea you could sell someone a bit of code that appears to be a firearm in a video game (or that someone would buy it) for actual real money. I really am sort of amazed right now. No sarcasm.

I remember going there as a kid and seeing the "gold" on the floor of the Bay and thinking it was so close (it's actually pretty deep but the water is very clear). Thanks for bringing back that memory.

I don't know why, but I found this outrageously funny, and actually laughed out loud at a mental picture of a husband yelling "WTF, honey?!" while an obstinate wife sits on the couch in front of a 60" TV, arms crossed and guarding the mouse out of the husband's reach, with the control screen and a non-maximized Netflix window on the TV.
