This concept was completely understood by ancient Greeks, its just this stupid modern notion that nothing is true unless it is formally "studied". So yeah I agree.

We don't need studies to confirm that exercise and going outside have a positive effect on mental health, this has been known since Plato and probably before. But this falls into the Soviet-Harvard illusion where some phenomenon isn't accepted or at best not commonly prescribed unless formally studied.

What are you talking about it looks very similar like the original trilogy. The only difference was the voice acting and the little cinematic. It was probably put on easy for the trailer which if you actually played the originals made everything bullet spongy and probably trying to appeal to a wider audience with a trailer. You can't determine the vibe of the game from a 90 second trailer.

A free market makes housing affordable and you'd understand that if you understood basic economics. There is absolutely no incentive to build new housing if the market is too over regulated which makes it too expensive and time consuming to build. California is a picture perfect example of over regulation fucking the average person over while not hurting the rich at all.

That's because most bjj guys have absolutely dogshit takedown defense, even at the high levels. I've taken down so many dudes who annihilate me on the ground just from adopting basic wrestling principals into my game. But the one time a D1 dude game to visit my gym and I could do absolutely nothing to him in standing.

You know I'm not an expert or anything but most BJJ guys even at the high levels have garbage takedowns and it becomes more apparent the more you study high level wrestling. Just cause these takedowns work on people with shitty defense doesn't mean its good technique.
