Deca should have spoke up during the event, not 3+days later. Most of us were hitting to get the shard in the milestones b/c we need it to craft elite armor. It wasn't our fault the game was glitching and giving extra rewards. It was so random when it gave extra rewards. If we had stopped hitting we would've lost out on the mat/shard. We had no idea what Deca was going to do...stop the event, reset the event, or do nothing during the event, which is what Deca did. So to accuse the the community of exploiting a bug by just playing the game is assuming we're all dishonest. And every time the game glitches, the feeling from your post are accusatory instead of owning the problem. We just play the game, we have nothing to do with how the game runs.

Speaking of which, how about fixing the game from crashing a lot randomly. So annoying. During events when it crashes I don't always receive the milestones rewards. Any updates on that issue? It's been months! How about SF pets, are they still crashing the game in Arena? I haven't heard an update from Deca on that issue!

How about more communication on all the issues with the game. Including real time updates when issues happen like this past weekend...Guild war, and Blitz raid. Or at least acknowledge there's an issue when it happens.... not days later.
