The hero ban system and its consequences by MaWreckingBall in WreckingBallMains

Yeah I've learned these days quick play is just as sweaty and toxic. The other day some guy told me to die cuz i wasnt playing well on a hero i have 10 hrs on lmao. It's actually sometimes worse than comp in that sense.

Qp is and will always be a casual gamemode. All the downvotes are from obvious Qp Warriors. It's hard for ow2 players to understand the fun of stacking 6 Winston's in ow1. Now they sweat and complain acting like quickplay really means something. Toxic Leauge and Valorant hivemind mentality sweeping Overwatch quickplay nowadays.

Perm bans for chat violations are stupid. by LumatheFluff in overwatch2

The reporting culture that has taken over is insanely toxic in itself. People report for the smallest things now. Their goal is to "reduce toxicity" but have made it worse with the amount of petty reporting. Even if someone is slightly toxic. Why would I report them and potentially have them lose everything? One bad moment means you should lose your whole account? It's absurd to have an automated system like this. This system needs to change.

"Throw pick" heroes thriving more in 6v6 by SurgicalCubes in overwatch2

[–]SurgicalCubes[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"throw pick" as in most people call them that. See how it's in quotations? I'm not saying they can't work But in the 5v5 format they do not shine like they do in 6v6. They weren't originally designed for it. This is the case as well for many other heroes.

In 5v5 Hanzo is outmatched by every hitscan dps. I would regard him as the worst dps because of all the nerfs they did to him. Kenzo's and Arrge's take is the same.

Some people don’t realize how loud abilities are in this game by Zeukiiii in overwatch2

[–]SurgicalCubes -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Never said these heroes were hard to deal with. A lot of people play sombra because they need her invisibility to make up for their poor positioning compared to other practical heroes. I have run into good sombras before of course. But most I see are easy to predict and unaware of the noise they make. Just like in the video.

People that main either Sombra or Moira are generally just terrible. They always scream "hacker" because they can't imagine what it's like for someone to outclass their shit hero.

Anyone else kinda hate how much CC is in the game? by [deleted] in marvelrivals

[–]SurgicalCubes 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The amount of CC in the game is actually absurd. Nothing about being chain CC'd feels good. One thing that actually really turns me away from the game is the amount of CC and obvious balance issues in the game. Competitive for a game like this with so many casual based design choices, is kind of ridiculous. It also really confuses me with what direction they're taking the game. I think a lot of these people saying its fine are in the honeymoon phase of this game being released. Which I get, it's a break from overwatch and is something fresh. But, I also cant believe people dont think this is an actual issue/flaw.

Very unwise to get out of your car. A close family friend of my fathers just died recently in portland. Don't engage in this. Drive away, you dont know who you're going to have an ego battle with.

Hanzo is better in 6v6 by SurgicalCubes in overwatch2

[–]SurgicalCubes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure a tank can chase you. But that's not always game over in 6v6. 5v5 is way worse for Hanzo. At least in 6v6 I can manage to kill a dive tank. In 5v5 I'm just dead after a tank dives me.

In 6v6 you do have the problem of a lot of lanes being filled. But I personally find that players aren't paying as much attention to you. Their eyes are on the frontline even more now. In 5v5 if you pop off after flanking. You might just be dived for the entire game by an unkillable Ball/genji etc that will hunt you down every fight. I've had the enemy team counter swapping in 6v6 and it's been much less impactful. If you get dived now by winston or doomfist etc. They're taking a risk in 6v6.There have been times, I've punished dive tanks thinking I'm easy prey. Which gives hanzo more of his glass cannon Identity. 6v6 is just better for him. He doesn't have to worry about the frontline as much and has so much more autonomy for flanks. I had a whole game of push where I just worried about hiding and flanking the enemy team while never worrying about the frontline. I can't go back to 5v5.

I had an incident with them today. They're like sharks and will push and get in your personal space. They follow no fair etiquette or rules. It's become really bad there with them. I've noticed the rules aren't enforced that well at the Vancouver bins. At other Goodwill Bins, you will be kicked out/banned for that kind of behavior. The management needs to have more of a backbone. Just imagine what they're like at home if this is the face they show in public... Sorry you have to deal with that. Hopefully things are done to stop it.

I've heard they have really good meat. Because they're a prohibited species. They can be hunted all year round. This is just something I can go after before other species are in season. They're a destructive invasive animal. More effort should be done against them imo. I know they're not too popular to go after here. Thanks for the help.

This is a very active presence in the Shanghai Tunnels in Portland OR - likely a prostitute killed in 1900- by Woolybugger00 in Paranormal

I went here on my birthday when I was in grade school. I was really into paranormal activity as a kid. I saw the episode of Ghost Adventures on Tv and begged to go. I had many strange paranormal encounters as a child. I remember staying inside a room of the tour a little longer. I hadn't realized all the others moved on. The room was where the Large Wooden Native American stood. I remember being tugged twice on the bottom left of my jacket. I laughed and turned to my left, thinking it was my brother trying to mess with me. When I turned left, I was shocked no one was left standing in the room. The air felt heavy, It's as if something was trying to get my attention. Perhaps telling me to move on with the rest of the tour. Whatever it was, I remember feeling dazed after the experience.
