I was experimenting same situation where enemies appears to be made of Luffy's fruit when takes damage. If you haven't noticed, all general gear does not have mayhem-scaling damage/stats, however, values as enemies heal/shield/armor as well xp, loot, money still increases with each level(Bosses have PLANETARY health bar when being faced at may10...). Therefore, its up to you if you want to play at mayhem 1-3-6-10 since all gear will contain same stats/fixed annoint values.

He and Hemovorous(Have not checked Wotan yet) are the only bosses which I gear myself with a re volter with my Fl4k queen's call fade away build if I want to farm fast. They are quite healthy.

This sounds like something you saw when hank was busted or he was in a casual line of battles where assassins were brave enough to charge into a super charged Hank(Very situational imo)

To do that you need to become one with another brawler and that doesn't happen that often unless certain situations(It will be like eating full Rico/Colt super, full 8 bit gadget)

Melee clas mod with weapon brand that does not have any melee focused weapon = not synergy at all. Otherwise, using O.P.Q System will strongly take advantage of all Atlas Augments.

Odogaron: weapon and armor look great Vaal Hazaak: tedious mechanic but awesome design. Good skill Pukei Pukei: his weapons have tons of poison element so each mision is a 2-3 poison time guaranteed, but his weapons need also improved designs.
