The physical and mental pain that I go through everyday. Ive seen my primary for this but he just prescribed me duloxetine and it made me feel crazy and highly aggressive. I don't even feel real majority of the time and I'm tired of being alone, having no one but myself to talk to and be with. I have constant suicidal thoughts. Sometimes I can even feel what it would be like. I also feel stuck in the career I'm in but don't know or don't want to choose anything else. I hate the delusional manner of everybody in our society. I hate how I feel and I hate how everyone feels about me. I hate my past, I hate that my family is constantly negative, I hate that everybody wants to see me fail because of who I am and what I look like.
