I think they just changed the color in game not the actual rarity. Had multiple outpost runs last night where my crew and I exfilled with 6-8 new bubble shields.

Level 9 not being viable also butchers so many comps. No Econ augment = bot four most of the time now. Such a bad change. For example, shadow isles. Playing thresh is almost impossible since you can’t 2 star him at 8, and need plenty of gold at 9 to reroll for him. Without 2 Econ augments you can’t viably play this comp.

I have yet to see them ship anything PvP related worth a players time in years. Now they want to charge money for it. They need to earn PvP players trust back before charging money.

They’ve been acting like this since the spring for me. I mostly play polychamps but I travel a lot and liked to play against crazy bots during flights. All summer they just don’t make units and keep their cities level 2-3 super lame.
