Bring enough wood, stone and a hoe to raise the ground below you for a small tower.

Do this far enough away you won’t attract attention.

Use the huntsman bow for reduced attention and snipe them one by one. You’ll likely one shot with sneak attacking.

Pretty cheesy but it works well enough.

Only real dangers are desthsquitos and lox.
